Zoom Outlook by Zoom is the official Microsoft Outlook add-in that lets you schedule, start, and join Zoom Meetings directly from Outlook on Windows, Mac, and the web. It embeds Zoom meeting details into your calendar events, keeps changes in sync, and brings Zoom’s security and scheduling controls into the Outlook toolbar you already use.

Requirements

• A Zoom account
• Outlook that supports Microsoft Office add-ins (Outlook for Microsoft 365, Outlook on the web, and current supported desktop versions)
• A Microsoft 365 or Exchange account configured for modern authentication

Getting started

• Install “Zoom for Outlook” from Microsoft AppSource or have your IT admin deploy it
• Sign in to Zoom from the Outlook add-in
• When creating or editing a calendar event, select “Add a Zoom Meeting” to insert meeting details and set your preferences
